Coles Accounting exists to provide stress free accounting services, whether your requirements are for a start-¬up business, limited company, sole trader or individual purposes. We also offer accounting for charities and other non-profit organisations and pride ourselves on being experts when it comes to small business start-¬ups and R&D companies. A friendly, approachable attitude is crucial when providing the best level of accountancy support for you or your business. At Coles Accounting, we go above and beyond to ensure that your aims are understood and to establish how best we help you achieve them. This is why we can advise on a range of issues alongside the principal areas of accounting, such as recommending the form that your new company should take and carrying out administration for Companies House and HMRC.
Rebecca Coles FCCA – Director

Since qualifying with Deloitte in Cambridge in 2005, Rebecca has built strong relationships with clients ranging from those in R&D to solicitors and technology companies. Prior to founding Coles Accounting, Rebecca worked alongside R&D and technology companies which exposed her to acquisitions and mergers both in the UK and internationally. This wealth of expertise is what enables Rebecca to provide a unique accountancy service in Cambridge – one that draws upon membership with the ACCA, a Xero certification and a flair for entrepreneurship.

James Prior – Director and Accounts Associate

James looks after the monthly management accounts, VAT returns, and payroll. He is ICB qualified, a Xero certified advisor, and has experience in QuickBooks and SAGE. This enables him to help clients with any software queries they may have.
